Constructional measures:
- By strategically positioning the (extra) emergency exits, the evacuation can be made easier.
- The use of correct building materials (non-flammable or poorly flammable) can prevent a rapid fire spread.
Technical Installation Measures:
- By using a smoke and heat extraction system you can create a safer escape environment.
- A fire detection system (smoke detectors) detects a fire early and contributes to a faster evacuation.
- By applying an active firefighting or fire control system (sprinkler system or object protection) you can significantly limit fire damage.
Organizational Measures:
- Set up evacuation plans and a Company Emergency Assistance Organization (CEAO). The organization of the CEAO depends on the number and type of people and the type of building.
- Ensure safe and clear escape routes.
- Organize proper maintenance and management of constructional measures and installations.

Ontwerpfase
Brandveiligheid begint al in de ontwerpfase. Hier wordt de basis gelegd voor het gebruik van het gebouw. In de ontwerpfase denken wij met u mee zodat het gebouw optimaal door u kan worden gebruikt, aansluit bij uw behoefte. Uw wensen worden door ons vertaald naar concrete plannen inclusief de eventuele benodigde vergunningen.
Realisatiefase
In deze fase is het voor de planning van belang om de vaart er goed in te houden. De bouwkundige en installatietechnische maatregelen worden door ons in uitvoering genomen zodat u geen omkijken heeft naar de planning en kwaliteit. Hiervoor werken wij onder andere samen met betrouwbare partners.
Beheerfase
Na oplevering van en bij het in gebruik nemen van het gebouw heeft u de zogenoemde ‘zorgplicht’ om de getroffen brandveiligheidsmaatregelen optimaal te beheren en te onderhouden. Het onderhoud en beheer kunnen wij voor u realiseren zodat u hier geen omkijken naar heeft.
